Mô tả công việc
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Mondelēz Quality Management Systems (e.g., HACCP, SQE, Processing Expectations) at supplier sites to ensure food safety and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Assist in monitoring and improving supplier quality performance by tracking Quality KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to Supplier Capability Building programs by coordinating activities, preparing materials, and supporting the execution of quality-related projects.
- Support supplier performance review processes, including data collection, reporting, and documentation for governance meetings.
- Participate in supplier quality assessments by helping identify gaps, tracking improvement actions, and following up on progress to ensure compliance with Mondelēz quality standards.
Yêu cầu
• Current final year student or fresh graduate in Food Technology, Quality Management, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO is a plus)
• Good analytical skills and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good English (reading & writing)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
