Supply Chain Assistant cum Production Planner

Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage production plans by reviewing sales forecasts, customer orders, and production capacity to ensure demand is aligned with available resources
· Plan and monitor material requirements, maintaining optimal inventory levels and coordinating purchase requests to support uninterrupted production
· Prepare and control production schedules, including master and daily manufacturing plans, to ensure on-time delivery and efficient workflow
· Optimize production sequencing and resource utilization to minimize machine setup times, improve productivity, and reduce operational costs
· Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and Production, to resolve material shortages, capacity constraints, and production bottlenecks
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Business Administration, or a related discipline
· Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form
· Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
· Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Detail-oriented team player with good communication and problem-solving skills to support supply chain and production planning activities
