Mô tả công việc
Supervise and manage all operations of including: truck loading/unloading, stock movement, trucking gain/loss; ensure that other related processes are implemented and strictly followed
Provides overall directions and supervision to the terminal to meet the annual goals. Managing the relationship with government authorities/ business partners, ensuring proper shipment, providing customer services, setting up the delivery schedule to ensure the timely supply to customer.
Set up maintenance plan for the Assets such as the plant itself, its facilities, truck fleet, equipment, ect...
Directly deploy safety processes into operation
Manage inventories at terminal sites effectively and accurately; Supervise vehicle fleet operations to maximize vehicle utilization & productivity
Ensure required reports to be done in timely manner to Ha Noi office.
Conduct training for staffs

University graduated; technical background.
10 years minimum experience in management/supervision position in industrial facilities in areas related to maintenance, production and industrial safety.
