Mô tả công việc
1. Daily operation:
• Local shipment arrangement
- Stock transfer: Arrange truck/conts from North to South/Central (from warehouse to warehouse)
- Work with transporters/warehouse to arrange conts from port to warehouse
• Follow loading plan & re-allocate between North-South-Central (for local MDA)
- Check daily gap between loading plan from factory (actual shipment vs plan)
- Work with marketing/sales/factory to re-allocate loading plan between North-South-Central
• Follow damage in long trans
- Work with insurance/warehouse/transporter/factory to clarify responsibility
- Solve & follow damage cases with relevant sides
2. Report:
- Make Backorder analysis, incoming, goods at port report..
3. KPIs & projects:
- Follow all KPIs of Product control team: fulfillment, nomination bidding, inbound damage
- Follow project (if have)
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or relevant majors.
• From 1 year of work experiences in SCM/Logistics.
• Intermediate English
• Excellent excel skill
• Good analysis & calculation skill
• Familiar with TMS, SAP and Power BI experience is preferable
