Mô tả công việc

Role Summary
As a Tech-Oriented Junior Supply Chain Executive, you will support the operational flow of our Print-on-Demand business by managing product data, assisting in automation, and maintaining supplier coordination tools. This role suits someone who enjoys working with systems and wants to optimize supply chain processes with technology.
Key Responsibilities
Seed product data into internal systems and supplier platforms
Support configuration and testing of supply chain tools (Google Sheets, Redash, PowerBI)
Follow up on SLA performance and push suppliers on delayed orders
Work closely with our tech and ops team to report bugs or suggest automation
Help create SOPs and documentation for data-related processes

Yêu cầu

Qualifications
Final-year student or recent graduate (IT, Engineering, Operations, or similar)
Comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, and basic workflow tools
Detail-oriented, organized, and quick learner
Ability to work independently with guidance from seniors
Plus Point: Experience in process automation (n8n, Google App Script, etc.)
