We're looking for a dynamic and organized Supply Chain Intern to assist our team with daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, quality control, shipping, and data management. Our 3-months internship program offers dynamic, hands-on experience in sourcing, quality control, shipping, and data management. You'll be an essential part of our team, contributing to daily operations and gaining valuable insights into key industry practices. We're looking for a proactive and organized individual ready to learn and grow!
System & Data Management:
Perform accurate data entry into our internal systems. Assist with processing various claims, including FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) fee claims and inbound claims.
Maintain and update critical data, such as actual product dimensions (based on third-party inspection reports) and unit labels for various e-commerce platforms.
Sourcing Support:
Assist in preparing and refining templates for Requests for Information (RFI).
Support initial outreach to potential suppliers, including those identified from events like the Canton Fair.
Logistics & Shipment Assistance:
Help compare and propose efficient shipment options.
Assist in generating necessary labels and preparing shipping files for suppliers.
Yêu cầu
Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented, meticulous, responsible and consistently accurate.

Working Hours:
