Key Responsibilities
1. Accessories Catalog Development
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, product trends, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to develop, update, and propose the accessory catalog.
• Ensure product positioning, feature information, and pricing are aligned across markets.
2. Sales Strategy & Target Management
• Define, allocate, and monitor sales targets for each market.
• Develop sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue and profit goals.
• Track performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
3. Channel Expansion & Partnership Development
• Research and evaluate new sales channels, distributors, and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
• Develop cooperation programs, promotions, and incentive plans with e-commerce partners to drive online sales.
4. Inventory & Demand Planning
• Analyze market demand and forecast accessory ordering needs to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Manage accessory inventory levels to minimize overstock or shortages.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics teams on
purchasing schedules and stock replenishment strategies.
5. Order Processing & Fulfillment Coordination
• Process distributor/dealer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of accessories to market warehouses.
• Address order-related issues and ensure efficient after-sales support.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with Marketing on product launches, sales campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Align with Finance on pricing, budgeting, and monthly sales reporting.
• Cooperate with Customer Service to track market feedback and continually improve offerings.
