Supply Chain Manager (Trading Company)

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager (Trading company) to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including S&OP, demand & supply planning, inventory, logistics, warehouse, procurement, import-export and ERP transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
1.S&OP & Supply Chain Planning
Lead weekly S&OP meetings and monthly supply chain reporting.
Develop purchasing and demand/supply plans aligned with business objectives.
Monitor inventory levels, safety stock and slow-moving/obsolete inventory.
Control supply chain costs, budgets and operational performance.
Set team OKRs and manage team performance and development.
2. Logistics & Warehouse
Manage end-to-end logistics operations, from PO approval and shipment booking to delivery.
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, quality and process improvement.
Lead warehouse projects, including 3PL selection and warehouse setup.
Develop logistics networks and supplier partnerships.
3. Import - Export & Procurement
Manage import-export documentation, HS codes, customs and tax-related processes.
Oversee procurement of commodities, industrial products and operational requirements.
Source, evaluate and manage suppliers; maintain strategic supplier relationships.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and purchasing prices.
4. ERP & Digital Transformation
Participate in ERP implementation from business analysis and requirements gathering to system deployment.
Standardize master data and support testing and implementation of supply chain modules.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Management or a related field.
• Min 3 year of experience as Supply Chain Manager
Experience with ERP systems.
Good understanding of supply chain planning and inventory management.
Proficient in English.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
