Mô tả công việc
* General duties:
• Create the company's supply chain strategy
• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
• Inventory strategy planning (Fixed, Opres, Min order quantity...)
• Cost management (Storage, Freight, DEM, DET, Obsoletion...)
• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
• Evaluate and report on KPIs.
* People Development & Management
• Coordinate with SCM, Finance team to protect production, meet cost objective and smooth material handling activities.
• Own working together, modeling the company values and expected behaviors.
* Compliance:
• Maintain & apply quality control system in working area.
• Comply with Internal policies, Code of Conduct, procedures of the Company issued from time to time.
Yêu cầu
• University graduate in Business Administration or related fields;
• At least 5 years of management experience in Supply Chain or related industries; Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Data Analytics and ERP systems (e.g. SAP);
• Outstanding organizational and management skills;
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
