The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. This role ensures cost efficiency, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals
• Forecast demand and plan supply accordingly
• Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities
• Guarantee the supply of products on time and under the expected conditions: take charge of exchanges, follow up on supplier ARs, ensure compliance with product delivery dates, and keep the order portfolio up to date in SAP.
• Optimize daily inventory by managing rescheduling/cancellations with the supplier.
• Carry out reporting on supply status and supplier capacities, inform logistics contacts, and coordinate actions. Make appointments with carriers.
• Monitor product availability in accordance with the production schedule, considering cost, quality, and deadlines.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics and 3+ years in a managerial role in manufacturing factory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Leadership and team management capability
• Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory, and procurement processes
