Responsibilities
Lead material and supply chain readiness for compute and storage products from concept to production handoff, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while serving as the primary liaison for original device manufacturers (ODMs), Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and suppliers to ensure material continuity.
Manage project budgets, Bill of Materials (BOM) health, and forecast readiness in designated tools, including the execution of large production risk buys.
Develop global supply chain maps documenting procurement models, lead times, shipment logistics, assembly, fulfillment, and spare parts strategies.
Represent the NPI Supply Chain organization in program meetings to communicate status, update schedules, and drive process improvements for scalability.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management, specifically within a cross-functional environment.
Experience in supply chain and material management throughout the new product introduction (NPI) lifecycle.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure products, and in budget tracking or financial management.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations.
Experience in server, storage, or customized Cloud solutions and product launch optimization.
Experience for the NPI stage and product transitioning from NPI to mass production.
Experience in supply/demand planning with knowledge of accounting and finance.
Ability to deliver data-driven analysis for business proposals, supply chain design, and risk mitigation.
Ability to lead cross-functional improvements and influence all levels using investigative and tailored communication.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing material plans to enable prototype builds and production ramp plans to be deployed to our global data centers, including networking, infrastructure, and server and storage. You will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, Supply and Demand Planning, Contract Manufacturing, and Supplier partners to launch new products and to implement processes and systems that directly scale new product deployments.
