Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor (English & Chinese, ID22844, 1900USD):
Supplier Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet business requirements and sourcing needs.
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manage supplier databases, and monitor supplier performance.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable business conditions.
Supply Chain Operations: Coordinate the flow of goods and services, including inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics, and transportation.
Order & Project Tracking: Monitor purchase orders, supplier delivery schedules, and the progress of ongoing development projects.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare data, reports, supplier scorecards, and performance reviews for internal meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action plans.
Team Management: Supervise and support a team member while ensuring effective daily operations.
Requirement
Male/Female, Under 35 years old
Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, demand forecasting, or contract management.
At least 2 years of supervisory or team-leading experience, preferably in the packaging or electronics industry.
Strong experience in supplier sourcing, procurement, supplier development, and contract negotiation.
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin); intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 700 or equivalent).
Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
100% salary during the 2-month probation period.
13th-month salary & Company profit-sharing bonus.
Social insurance contributions based on total salary excluding the VND 730,000 lunch allowance.
