Mô tả công việc
1. (60%) Lead the team to smoothen the stock's movement
• Supervise the timely shipping and/or receiving of products at company's warehouse. This activity would include organizing demand planning, dealing with factories for shipment schedule, monitoring the customs clearance and managing the deliveries to customer end.
• Perform the inventory cycle counting report containing of level of stocks which is in slow or high moving, address potential problems, and propose solutions.
• Work with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Work with Sales and Marketing departments to forecast customer demand, manage supplier capacity and lead times, and achieve inventory goals.
• Ability to disseminate complex information into presentable reports.
2. (20%) Manage retail shop and online-shop in term of stocks count
• Manage the day-to-day operations of retail shops in term of stocks count (inbound/outbound).
• Recommend to management regarding to weekly demand of stock replenishment and other related matters.
3. (20%) Provide technology systems-related solution
• Participate in evaluation, setup, and implementation of key technology systems ERP (Navision), B2B, B2C, etc.
• Provide the problem-based solutions.
Yêu cầu
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
1. Diploma or Degree of Supply chain, Logistics, International Trade or any related fields.
2. At least 4-year experiences in above mentioned majors.
3. Background in FMCG & ERP system is a plus.

- Customer first focus and a passion for bettering people's days.
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks, detail oriented, strong follow-up skills, and meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate in English
- Knowledgeable in ERP system is advantage.
- Excellent in computer skills.
