He/ She will supervise the work in the group, deliver reports & submit to Supply Chain Director on time with high quality.
Job responsibilities:
• Reviewing receiving schedules and in transit schedules to ensure that orders/Suk are fulfilled for selling.
• Communicating with suppliers about fluctuations in demand for each brands, product changes, pricing changes, or delivery schedules.
• Coordinating with DC/Store managers to ensure that items are available when they are needed.
• Collaborating with Merchandise to ensure that receiving schedules are in line with seasonal trends.
• Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting ensure that supply levels are adequate but not excessive.
• Managing inventory levels by developing forecasts of future demand based on historical data, industry trends, and competition activity.
• Planning inventory levels by forecasting demand and ordering materials or products from suppliers.
• Coordinating with other departments such as sales and marketing to ensure that products are available when customers need them.
Yêu cầu
Competencies requirements:
• Supply Planning management with experience working in Retail will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.
• Able to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues.
• Advanced Excel skills are a must.
• SAP knowledge would be highly regarded.
Required Background & Attitude:
• 3 - 5 years of Supply Planning experience.
• Good negotiating skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team to deliver department objectives.
• Sufficient presence and confidence to represent Group Supply Chain with Operations, Suppliers & Finance Teams.
