▪ Design and implement of agile SW development and testing processes
▪ Improve Hella process house regarding process effectivity, efficiency and agility
▪ Establish standardized methods and guidelines for a lean SW process usage
▪ Collaboration with Hella customer projects and deriving process improvements
▪ Communication with other process domains, quality assurance and handling of process change requests

Yêu cầu
Your Qualifications
▪ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related fields
▪ 3-5+ years of experience in process engineering experience with a different skillset
▪ Familiarity with Agile methodology is an advantage
Required Skills
▪ Good experience in automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO26262)
▪ Experience in process design tools e.g. Stages MethodPark, Signavio
▪ Knowledge in agile frameworks, ideally in SAFe
▪ Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in written form
