Maintain IT infrastructure in healthy condition.
Software and hardware evaluation and installation.
Computer items
purchasing and maintenance.
User support and training.
Ensure network and servers are running in healthy condition.
Advice and implement server installation or upgrade.
Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotations.
Contact vendors for computer hardware and software maintenance.
Prepare and maintain hardware and software related documents and records.
Provide help desk function.
Yêu cầu
Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant qualification.
Experience in cloud solutions and networking is preferred.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferred.
Fresher are accepted.
