Mô tả công việc
System and Server Management: Ensure the stability and performance of servers and network operations, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Monitoring and Security: Monitor system performance, detect and resolve issues, and ensure network and data security.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues.
Data Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backup procedures and data recovery when necessary.
Updates and Upgrades: Ensure systems are always updated with the latest patches and software upgrades.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in system administration and server management.
Technical Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
o Experience with network management and security tools.
o Devops knowledge base
o Ubiquiti network system
o Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
o Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Soft Skills:
o Strong communication skills.
o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
o Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications (preferred but not required):
o CompTIA Server+
o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
o AWS certificate
o Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).
