I. Job Description
Role Purpose:
Designer and system architect of Digital and API framework
* System architect
Design and confirm the necessity and feasibility of the technologies and methodologies being used in the projects.
Responsible for Digital Back-end architecture: database, application server, web server, load testing.
Responsible for API Hub architecture: protocol, application server, monitoring, utilities, load testing.
Responsible for Continuous & effective operations of high-performance systems: reporting, transactional API framework, ETL systems, scheduled jobs .etc.
* Software development
Support Business Analyst to document Business requirement
Analyze business requirement, identify feasible solutions/options in view of developer then propose and protect the most suitable option to be implemented
Deliver functional specification and basic design document based on business requirement and the selected solution
Develop/code the designed functions using Java technologies
Perform Unit test, IT test and sometime UAT test of the results delivered by coding phrase
Coordinate with related stakeholders such as BAs, Users to resolve issue if happen
Participate in quality review and control of software development project
* Application Maintenance/Support
Support end-users for any functional issues
Fix bugs and enhance existing functions if require
Follow-up and coordinate with other teams to resolve incidents
Properly escalate unresolved issues to the upper level for support
* Other activities
Study and analyze available solutions on the market in order to propose innovation
Be aligned with company's policies and methodologies
