Mô tả công việc
1- Manage/execute procurement transaction processes:
Support CSSP category team to ensure the Value (saving) target is achieve by initiate & leading the deployment of sourcing strategy of ingredient category. This include RFx (RFI/RFQ/RFP), sourcing event, negotiation up to final awarding (contract)
Responsible for monitoring and ensuring requests are processed for procurement of materials/goods, services and/or supplies for local use from various plant/location staff or a procurement system (e.g. Maximo or other ERP) for nondiscretionary, contracted spend, such as stock replenishment or planned spend
Uses some discretion to procure requests from existing supplier contracts within established, moderate dollar limits.
With approval, will work with Strategic Sourcing organization for procurement of materials/goods, services and/or supplies in excess of established limits.
Delegates more administrative duties to support staff as appropriate (e.g. processing procurement requests and preparing purchase orders, scheduling/expediting/confirming delivery, coordinating return of rejected items etc.).
Identifies and implements improvements for procurement transaction processes within the business
2- Provide procurement support & planning
With some oversight, works with plant/location staff to gather and interpret information and applies a general understanding of plant operations to provide general forecasting of medium term supply needs and ensures purchasing plan is aligned.
Conducts research and analysis (e.g. internal/external data from traditional and non-traditional/non-structured data sources) requiring an advanced understanding of operations and business requirements (e.g. product development plans, marketing projections for new products, planned product line expansions, etc.) as well as sourcing environment (e.g. suppliers, cost drivers, international market dynamics, geopolitical risk, import/export laws, etc) for BU.
May act as subject matter expert on multi-functional, local project teams.
3- Manage supplier events & relationships
• With some oversight, manage process to select suppliers for procurement of non-contracted materials/goods, services and/or supplies which are considered non-leveraged, local spend (as defined by Strategic Sourcing policies) within moderate dollar limits including
• Gathering and performing complex analysis of internal spend data
- Gathering specifications/requirements from internal stakeholders
- Researching local supplier options
- Collecting supplier bids and perform analysis of results (e.g. determining best value supplier from multiple supplier quotes)
- Negotiating contract terms and conditions
• Responsible for relationship management for more significant local suppliers; with oversight, may develop and leverage existing local supplier partnerships.
• Contacts supplier and takes actions to research variances with supplier contract terms and conditions (systemic quality or service problems, etc.).
• Works with applicable plant/location staff to research and resolve supplier issues; escalates more significant issues directly to Strategic Sourcing organization to find resolution.
• Inform & implement sourcing strategies
• With some oversight, coordinates the execution of category/sub category activities and the alignment and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies across the sourcing lifecycle for one or more locations typically within a single BU.
• Establishes and maintains on-going tracking mechanisms for performance metrics, reporting on value captured at the local level

• Bachelor degree
*** Experience
• 3+ years procurement experience
• Familiar with bid process, included but not limited to pre-qua, compile RFP documents, bid open, organize clarification meeting, support evaluation
• Knowledge of the market, suppliers and cost drivers
• Interpersonal skills and ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work across culture will be an advantage
