TABP responsibilities to fulfill talent needs by partnering with key business to provide full-cycle talent acquisition strategy consultation & executioninclude and processing employee data, making sure HR Operations smoothly.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In charge of recruitment procedure for assigned positions based on recruitment plan.
Conduct effectively employee referral check, refuse and close offer;
Build and develop recruitment channel & resource, vacancy reports, candidate database, candidate blacklist database, etc;
Analyze the results of the exited interview and provide solutions to support for recruitment team.
Plan and enhance plans such as Company Events, Management Trainee, Campus plan to support recruitment and business needs
Perform management's handling, succession & retentions planning
Revise job descriptions to provide relevant information to candidates.
Be responsible for management and maintenance of internal recruitment database (records of candidates and outcomes throughout the process).
Follow up new comers after recruitment to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment. .
Works directly with HRBP Manager (Issue contract, Terms of contract, Company policies, etc.,)
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) issues.
Updating internal HR databases.
Ordering stationery and equipment
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee's personal profile
Other tasks as assigned by HR Director
AD-HOC TASKS:
Submit directly the documentaries to Health Insurance Office.
Submit/ Receive directly the documentaries to Tax Department/ Office.
Coordinate with department to get approved timesheet for monthly payroll.
Make timesheets for HR team every month.
Supporting to process monthly payroll payment.
Supporting to prepare all documents to CEO, Finance & Accounting department, Bank Office, ... Submission.
Keeping cash from Accounting team and transfer for HRBP or giving to staff

Job requirements
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
Having at least 2 years of HR General experience.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
Technical skill and Competencies
English communications skill (both written and oral)
Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel).
