Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

* Recruitment & Talent acquisition
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR management.
* Employer branding
Support and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen Vedan's employer image.
Organize and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment programs, and open house events.
Manage employer branding content on recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote company culture and employee value proposition.
* Recruitment marketing & Partnerships
Maintain relationships with universities, training institutions, and recruitment partners.
Support internship and graduate programs.
Develop talent networks and sourcing channels for future hiring needs.
* HR projects & Other tasks
Participate in HR projects related to talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Support internal recruitment programs such as employee
