Be able to build up and familiar with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and online job platforms.
Experience in phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English; computer literacy is required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential information.
