• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job needs and recruitment plans.
• Source candidates via online platforms, referrals, and other channels.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in education or service industries.
Be able to build up and familiar with applicant tracking systems, HR software, and online job platforms.
Experience in phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English; computer literacy is required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential information.
