Job Purpose:
The Talent Development Employee supports company in strengthening its hiring, talent development, and training activities. The role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for office, technical, and factory positions, supporting succession planning and employee development initiatives, and coordinating learning and development programs. This position contributes to building a strong talent pipeline, improving workforce capability, and supporting stable plant operations
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for office, technical, and production roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring aligned with business needs.
Coordinate mass recruitment activities for factory workers and machine operators to support production plans and shift requirements.
Collaborate with plant supervisors and department heads to review, update, and standardize job descriptions based on operational tasks, technical requirements, and safety standards.
Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness, to improve overall hiring performance.
Support workforce planning and talent mapping initiatives to strengthen the organization's future talent pipeline.
Maintain and update succession planning data, and assist in identifying critical skill and capability gaps across key plant functions.
Coordinate with department leaders to develop and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for high-potential employees and key successors.
Organize and implement annual training plans, including compliance, technical, and internal development programs.
Manage training administration and logistics, and follow up on training effectiveness to ensure learning outcomes are applied in the workplace.
