Support the Talent Acquisition team's efforts in building a strong employer brand, with main tasks as follows:
Support to manage external communication channels and curate engaging social media content for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, company website, Zalo, TikTok, and others.
Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth welcome for new team members and handling necessary paperwork.
Support in monitor and report key performance metrics related to employer branding initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and implement employee experience programs as outlined in the company plan.
Be prepared to take on additional tasks assigned by your Line Manager.
Yêu cầu
3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Marketing, or related majors.
Creative, flexible, willing and open to learn.
Knowledge of and able to use social media platforms, image & video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop,...).
Good communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive.
Have a Laptop.
