Mô tả công việc
Assist in posting job advertisements on various channels.
Search, screen, and shortlist CVs based on job requirements.
Contact and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage and update candidate databases.
Handle other administrative tasks related to recruitment.
Yêu cầu
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, especially Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. Good English communication and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Able to commit at least 20 working hours with a minimum of 4 on-site working days per week. Full-time availability is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus.

Working time: 7.5 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, with flexible check-in between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.
Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM.
