Job Overview
We are seeking an International Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive to drive recruitment efforts across domestic (50%) and international (50%) markets. You will manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless logistics for global hires. This role is critical in building a high-performing, diverse team to support Prep's rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* International Recruitment (50%)
- Source, attract, and hire top talent across Prep's key markets (SEA, APAC, etc.).
- Manage relocation/visa logistics and ensure smooth onboarding for international hires.
- Partner with local agencies and leverage global job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, local networks).
- Navigate cross-cultural hiring practices, employment laws, and compensation benchmarks.
* Domestic Recruitment (50%)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Vietnam-based roles (Tech, Product, Sales, Operations, etc.).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and improve hiring strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Optimize employer branding to attract top local talent.
Yêu cầu
* Must-Have
- 3+ years in recruitment, with proven experience hiring internationally (relocation/visa processes).
- Strong sourcing skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and familiarity with global job markets.
- Fluency in English (written/spoken); additional languages (Chinese, Thai...) are a plus.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and hiring trends in multiple regions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (HR, legal, hiring managers) in a fast-paced startup.
* Nice-to-Have
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
- Familiarity with ATS/HR tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong data-driven mindset to track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, candidate experience).

Working hours: 44h/weeks from Monday to Saturday morning.
