The HR Intern (TA) will support the Talent Acquisition team in executing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate experience, and internship program operations.
This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to semiconductor talent acquisition strategies and campus hiring initiatives at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for intern and entry-level positions, including job posting, CV screening Interview Coordination, and candidate communication.
- Assist in organizing career fairs, campus talks, office tours, and university partnerships
- Support execution of Employer Branding (EB) campaigns, Create and manage content for Career pages and job postings
- Manage talent pipelines and ensure accurate candidate tracking in the Applicant
- Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate employer branding initiatives, including social media content, employer testimonials, and recruitment events.
- Assist with onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Other ad-hoc TA/HR tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc
- 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate students in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields and available for a 6-month full-time internship (Monday-Friday)
- Strong interest in: Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding / Recruitment Marketing
- Good communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Skills
+ Content creation (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and Canva or basic design tools
+ Recruitment process or HR activities
+ Strong coordination and stakeholder management mindset
