DYM Medical Center is an international general clinic originating from Japan. Our healthcare system is present in 5 countries: Japan, Thailand, the United States, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
Established in Vietnam in 2019, DYM Medical Center Vietnam has been continuously growing since 2020, currently operating three modern clinics in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. We provide comprehensive healthcare services in accordance with Japanese standards, including corporate health check-ups, medical services for foreigners, vaccinations, and multi-specialty outpatient examination and treatment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering 50%
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Lead and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
• Ensure hiring targets are achieved in terms of timeline, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring recommendations to support business growth and workforce planning.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to healthcare roles (e.g., doctors, nurses, technicians, and other licensed professionals).
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam healthcare regulations, including practicing licenses and required certifications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support hiring of medical professionals and related legal procedures.
• Continuously monitor and update knowledge on healthcare labor market trends and regulatory changes.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline 20%
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
• Optimize diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, medical networks, and university partnerships.

Team Management & Process Improvement 20%
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to enhance capability and performance, and engagement.
• Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality, cost) and improve efficiency.
• Continuously optimize recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
• Prepare periodic recruitment reports and provide data-driven insights to management to support hiring strategy and decision-making.
Employer Branding & Other Tasks 10%
• Strengthen employer branding to position the company as an attractive workplace for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to promote company culture, value and working environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/lead role
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Data-driven, strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Vietnam labor law and healthcare regulations
• Good command of English
