Mô tả công việc
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Conduct interviews in English to assess candidates' qualifications and language proficiency.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various positions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to support the overall team's operations.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Fluent English speaking skills (required for interviewing and candidate assessment).
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in recruiting for the sales/customer service industry is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location: At our office (Ho Chi Minh City or Danang) or work remotely (optional).
Part-time or full-time availability. Working hours: 10 PM - 7 AM (full-time) or 10 PM - 2 AM (part-time).
