JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the
HR Manager in developing and executing the overall recruitment strategy aligned with business needs.
Plan, prioritize, and oversee recruitment for Direct labor and Indirect labor.
Partner with Head of Department to understand manpower plans and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, turnover) and recommend improvements.
Lead mass-hiring campaigns for operators through job fairs, local agencies, and community channels.
Ensure fair, efficient, and timely recruitment processes to meet production schedules.
Oversee onboarding and integration programs tailored for large-scale workforce hiring.
Manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes for technical and professional positions in engineering.
Lead employer branding activities (career fairs, university partnerships, online campaigns).
Enhance candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication, timely feedback, and professional recruitment processes.
