Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with experience recruiting across various roles and departments.
• Proven experience in employee engagement and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience recruiting foreign candidates and in the solution business sector.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation.
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail, methodical and organized
• Previous experience in Human Resources in multinational companies is an advanced
• Knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
• Skills for design / video maker and
content creator• Work well under pressure
