Mô tả công việc

Source and attract candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Take ownership of candidate experience
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Support C&B and other tasks related to HR functions
Report directly to HR Manager.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor degree
At least 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting/ Recruitment Headhunt role or the equivalent positions
Good reading comprehension skills in English
Have a strong passion for Human Resource field
Positive thinking, open - mind and eager to learn.
