As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, driving end-to-end hiring strategies and building strong talent pipelines across Media, Advertising, and Digital business functions.
Beyond recruitment delivery, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent market intelligence, and process optimization to elevate hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for business-critical roles, from intake meeting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, to onboarding handover.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, business priorities, and workforce planning, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
Build and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across Media, Advertising, Sales, Account Management, and
Business Development functions.
Conduct proactive talent mapping and competitor benchmarking to identify talent pools, hiring trends, and market movements within the Digital Advertising and Media landscape.
Optimize recruitment channels and campaigns, including job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, recruitment events, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire) to continuously improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Leverage AI-powered tools and recruitment technologies to improve sourcing productivity, candidate screening quality, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within Media, Advertising,
Digital Marketing, AdTech, or related industries.
Proven track record in hiring commercial and business roles such as Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Client Solutions.
Strong understanding of the talent landscape in Digital Media, Advertising, and Marketing industries.
Hands-on experience in sourcing both active and passive candidates through multiple channels and platforms.
Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
Experience using ATS, recruitment platforms, and sourcing tools effectively.
Familiarity with AI tools or automation solutions in recruitment is a strong advantage.
