Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned office positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide timely recruitment support.
Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and recommend qualified candidates for further assessment.
Coordinate interviews, provide timely updates to candidates and Hiring Managers, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Prepare candidate profiles, recruitment documents, employment offers, and onboarding arrangements for new hires.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, generate recruitment reports, and ensure data integrity in the recruitment tracking system.
Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, campus recruitment programs, and other talent acquisition activities.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies while maintaining confidentiality of candidate information.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in recruiting office/professional positions is an advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources are also welcome to apply.
3. Knowledge & Skills:
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques.
Familiarity with sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
