Are you looking for a Human Resources Intern position at a leading global professional services firm where you will have great opportunity to gain valuable work experience by learning the ropes from more experienced professional?
As a Talent Attraction & Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to support recruitment activities while gaining exposure to a dynamic professional services environment. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your sourcing, stakeholder management, recruitment operations, and employer branding capabilities while contributing to attracting top talent to EY.
Talent Team - Talent Attraction & Acquisition Intern - Hanoi Office
Your key responsibilities
- Coordinate in all recruitment activities and onboarding process for new joiners
- Provide supports in administering HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR Information System
- Participate in employer branding activities
- Participate and provide operating supports for all HR events, such as Campus Recruitment Programs, Career Fairs, Workshop, Training Sessions, etc.
- All related paper-work and other duties assigned by direct supervisor
Skills and attributes for success - What we look for
- At least to be final-year students or fresh graduates from any academic background. Majors in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields are an advantage.
- Strong interest in and passion for Human Resources.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word...)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
