Talent Pool - Supplier Quality Manager (Working in Hai Phong)

Position Context
Supplier Quality partner working with representatives from the following functions: Engineering, Styling, Manufacturing, Portfolio Planning and Program Management, Purchasing and Supply Chain and other functional areas. Reporting to the Director Supplier Quality for all supplier quality activities. The person in the company responsible for the implementation of the VinFast Supplier Quality Strategy and System and Supplier Quality processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement VinFast Supplier Quality Strategy and System and Supplier Quality processes and procedures
• Develop, direct, implement and enforce the quality policy in accordance with VinFast's company requirements
• Select, develop and train the Supplier Quality member to effectively execute the supplier quality systems and processes to achieve both internal and external quality goals. Establish people development as a core value to develop future leaders to achieve sustainable, continuous improvement
• Direct Supplier Quality Engineers in performing supplier quality system assessments for risk and opportunity
• Ensure that Supplier Quality Engineers work through sample submission reviews and part approval process
• Track and monitor supplier performance metrics and trends to assist Supplier Quality leadership in supply base improvements
• Develop and implement an effective and efficient problem-solving system and process to help ensure a culture of rapid resolution of issues - fix or escalate
• Promote and implement continuous improvement principles
