Role Description
We're constantly seeking contribution-motivated & very talented individuals. This is a full-time on-site role for a Talented Business Development Partner. Key role in the company's commercial strategy: Pioneering the development of new capabilities, new commerce, and analysis for business areas. Leading the development of new business areas in food, seafood, and commerce. Taking the lead in driving growth and customer-centric transformation for the company.

Responsibilities
1. Developing commercial strategy:
• Grasp and analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities and challenges within the company's business domains.
• Develop a commercial strategy based on gathered insights and analysis.
2. Pioneering the development of new capabilities and commerce:
• Research and propose new methods, new processes and, new products.
• Organize and participate in implementing projects for developing new capabilities and commerce.
• Establish and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers who can support the development of new capabilities and commerce.
3. Leading the development of new business areas:
• Research and evaluate the potential of new business areas such as food, frozen seafood, agricultural products, and commerce.
• Develop plans and strategies to expand into new business areas.
• Organize and coordinate activities to efficiently implement new business areas.
4. Driving growth and customer-centric transformation:
• Build and maintain relationships with customers while seeking and attracting new ones.
• Gather feedback from customers and analyze data to understand and meet their desires.
• Develop and implement customer-centric growth strategies, including improving products/services and work processes.
