Job Functions of Consultant / Senior Consultant
This role kickstart your career in a highly rewarding and highly satisfying environment.
Manage and grow your own recruitment desk by building up client portfolio of specific industry.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and establish relationship potential clients.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, making expert recommendations and maintaining relationships.
Deliver placements to achieve individual financial target consistently on a monthly basis.
Build and maintain strong consultative relationship with clients and candidates.
Understand both job seekers' and clients' expectations, and manage a successful & good process in any job seeking experience.
Actively recruit using various methodologies to ensure quality database.
