Role Responsibilities:
 Responsible for daily finance and accounting operations.
 Manage accounting department activities.
 Conduct and review to department annual budgets and monthly cash flows projection, in collaboration
with other departments.
 Cash flows management and budget forecasts.
 Manages analytical and reporting requirements to BOD.
 Implement & Maintain an Internal Control System to policy to ensure the reliable financial reporting,
and compliance with laws, regulations and policies.
 Prepare and review timely all monthly financial statements and other report required by Operation
Director.
 Prepare & review tax statement & work with Tax Authority to handle Tax issues.
 Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Accounting System and Tax System.
 Manage and develop all Accounting staff.
 Other relevant duties as assigned by the CEO.
Role Specification:
 Bachelor of Accounting or Professional Qualification ACCA
 At least 6 year experiences in fields like financial planning, cost accounting and budgeting
 Strong relationship with Tax Authority to well-handle tax issues
 Good communication & solving problem skills
 Fluent in English and Vietnamese - Speaking, Listening, Writing
 Accounting certification - CPA or international equivalent would be given preference
 Must make quick decision, be good with numbers and be detail-oriented
 Ability to work independently
