Tax Assistant (Corporate Advisory Services)

Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the team to provide corporate tax work to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries:
Prepare proposal/engagement letters to RSM's clients
Assist in preparing tax calculation, tax returns, tax advice, etc. with respect to corporate taxes
Assist our team to prepare and keep in track reports submitted to local state agencies
Attend meetings/ fieldwork trips/ interviews with our clients to understand their businesses and tax policies
Understand and demonstrate professionalism and collaborative spirits in meetings, dealings and providing services with clients
Build up and maintain client relationships
Strictly adhere to our risk management and independence policies
Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
A minimum of bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Tax or other related finance majors
0 -1 years of related work experience required
Knowledge
Good knowledge of Accounting, Tax practices and procedures
Generic Skills & Competencies
Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with team and clients
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated, proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
Well-organized to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks
Show ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
