Tax Consultant - Business Tax Advisory

Job description
- Participate in tax engagements and execute tax-related work to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of services to clients.
- Perform tax computations, prepare tax returns, and provide tax advisory services in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support and complete tax compliance and advisory projects in accordance with prevailing Vietnamese and international tax laws, as well as internal policies of RSM.
- Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and analyze their impact on clients.
- Manage assigned engagements effectively, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met; provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client contacts.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Law, Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related majors
- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in tax consulting
- Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CTA) are completed or in progress are considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Accounting, Tax practices and procedures
- Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues.
- Able to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer-literacy skills
- Good at using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
