Mô tả công việc
Prepare, manage tax reports and compliances, ensure the compliance with Tax Policy of the company and Tax Regulations (including FCT, SCT, VAT, CIT)
Coordinate with Operators to obtain Tax reports, review the figures and find out any issues before making the consolidation tax reports.
Submit Tax reports; Record and reconcile the Tax GL accounts in accounting system.
Daily support and give advice to the departments in the company.
Coordinate with Tax consulting company to carry out matters related to Tax and Compliances
Update new Tax laws, analyze the impact on company, give advice to Management.
Prepare specific tax ministries to optimize the amount of tax payable as efficiently as possible.
Liaise with external Auditors, Tax Authorities; prepare for Tax's Inspections when required.
Communicate with internal and external, coordinating resources to solve problems.
Check and record payment vouchers.
Record and manage tracking for OS&E, Fixed Assets and depreciations.
Schedule for Inventory count at year end (and when require). Send the list of inventory items and schedule to Operators/Divisions for arrangement; do inventory count; reconcile physical count and accounting records.

High School Degree, College, or University Degree in related field preferred, from an accredited institution, and/ or equivalent work experience.
3+ years' of professional accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
Preference to SAP system experience.
Strong in database management/ Microsoft Excel.
