Tax Supervisor - MM Mega Market District 2 HCMC

MISSIONS:
1. Ensure the assigned tasks be completed on a timely manner;
2. Ensure the accuracy of accounting posting;
3. Prioritize solve problems and cooperate well with colleagues;
4. Minimize tax risks during reviewing accounting documents and tax reporting; and
5. Follow up tax issues, report status and suggest solutions to Tax Manager as well as Head of Finance and Accounting.
ROLES & KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Reconcile Sales between Daily Sales excel file and the correspondent systems for stores;
2. Reconcile VAT input figure monthly on B/S with detail of input invoices exporting from systems for HO and specific stores;
3. Reconcile VAT output figure monthly on B/S with Consolidation VAT Output report for HO and specific stores;
4. Checking VAT invoices report quarterly for HO and specific stores;
5. Monitor any taxes incurred in Goods Internal Transfer report for HO and specific stores;
6. Prepare VAT return template for uploading Tax Department online for HO and specific stores;
7. Prepare reports for MoIT, DoIT, SO and ensure timely submission;
8. Book in accounting and other systems for all transactions related to PIT, VAT, FCT, CIT and other taxes;
9. Support Stores/ Departments in daily business operation related to tax's perspective or escalate to Tax Manager/ HoFA/ Management if they impact the Company tax's risk;
10. Prepare/ update master list information of HO and all stores;
11. Summary/ Update relevant Official Letters/ Regulations issued for tax team;
12. Perform filing tax report and other documents; and
13. Other assigned tasks as/ when being requested by Tax Manager and Head of Finance and Accounting.
