Training & Development
Analyzing demonstrations and classes to evaluate teachers' strengths and areas of improvement;
Conducting regular demonstration lessons and teaching sessions to stay current with instructional practices and classroom dynamics.
Providing feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers;
Conducting follow-up assessments to track teachers' progress post-training;
Setting short-term and long-term goals for teachers, and providing advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met;
Collaborating with teachers and other team to develop improved lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques;
Coordinating workshops, training programs, and events to enhance teaching skills;
Building teacher networks and encouraging teachers to share their resources and knowledge;
Building resource library for teachers;
Policies & regulations
Follow all working procedures, policies, rules, and regulations of TED;
Support team members in handling requests and concerns from teachers;
Support to check, monitor, remind and guide teachers and subordinates (if any) to follow the rules and regulations;
Participate in researching and revising processes annually or when needed;
Collaborate with team members in maintaining the TED operation in the right standard;
Update and make necessary reports;
