We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our educational team. The Teaching Assistant will provide essential support to teachers and students, contributing to the smooth functioning of the classroom and enhancing the learning experience for all students. Teaching:
- Be responsible for grammar classes.
- Classroom Support:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities for IELTS classes.
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed, including those with special needs or learning difficulties.
- Monitor student progress and behavior, offering encouragement and guidance where necessary.
Administrative Tasks:
- Help prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
- Assist in grading assignments, tests, and homework.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Student Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Encourage student participation and facilitate group activities.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students, promoting academic excellence and positive behavior.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the lead teacher and other staff members to coordinate classroom activities and events.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
Yêu cầu
- IELTS 7.0+
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when necessary.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
