Policy & Collection Operation:
Develop/monitor all collection in-app and out-app policy & performance, including the collection logics including actions, channels, content, and intensity for all lending products;
Create Content Strategy for different Collections Tools (Script, SMS, IVR, AND/OR Emails), build collection strategy function with Collection score, processes, knowledge base;
Optimize complaints related to Collection operations & Collection costs;
Work closely with out-source agents/ lenders on strategy implementation and execution;
Ensure rule, policy localization and personalization for particular partner/portfolio;
Data Analyst & Reporting:
Analyze performance and opportunities;
Coordinate with other teams to implement new changes and monitor features after go-live;
Conduct periodic/ ad-hoc reporting.
Yêu cầu
University degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, or Economics;
Minimum 4 years of experience in related positions with proficiency in developing and monitoring collection policies, performance, and content strategies for lending products;
Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional coordination;
Ability to analyze collection performance, identify opportunities, and conduct reporting (SQL proficiency is a plus);
Product operations related skill is a plus;
Problem-solving abilities to implement changes, monitor features, and improve operations.
