Conduct and oversee market research activities, including primary and secondary research, competitor analysis, market monitoring, and customer studies within the real estate sector.
Analyze market trends, supply-demand dynamics, pricing movements, transactions, and
developer activities to identify key market insights and business opportunities.
Prepare and review market research reports, presentations, and recommendations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
Coordinate and allocate workloads among team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Work directly with clients to understand research objectives and deliver tailored market intelligence and consulting support.
Support the development and maintenance of internal databases, research methodologies, and reporting frameworks.
Yêu cầu
5 years of experience in market research, consulting, data analysis, or real estate advisory, preferably within the real estate industry.
Experience leading research projects and mentoring junior team members.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint (storyboarding, data visualization, slide design).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure, interpret, and present market data clearly.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings concisely and persuasively.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
