We are looking for Team Leader (Senior Engineer), Mobile Development (React native) to take responsibility shaping our mobile applications by overseeing the design, development, and implementation of key features. Your primary focus will be on React Native development, with additional responsibilities for native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Java/Kotlin) development as needed.

Your role & responsibilities
- Do coding and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, ensuring adherence to best practices and programming conventions.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial requirements analysis through to final delivery, ensuring that all milestones are met with excellence.
- Collaborate with business analysts and software architects to design robust, secure, and highly efficient systems
- Engage with other Tech teams (as QC, Java, ...) to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Lead the design and development of mission-critical distributed applications, utilizing cutting-edge tools and agile methodologies
- Lead small team (-2 members) and facilitate daily Scrum meetings to ensure effective team collab and alignment with project goals.
Your skills & qualifications
- At least 5 years of real work experience with Mobile development.
- Extensive experience in writing native modules for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in upgrading and maintaining mobile applications.
- Proficiency with Flipper for debugging and performance optimization, along with experience in caching, memory management (using Leak Canary or similar tools), and concurrency (threading, queuing).
- Expertise in conducting code reviews and a strong familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Jest.
- Experience in working with and modifying third-party libraries to meet project requirements (including modify and add native code).
- Ability to understand, interpret, and execute project plan documents provided by the Project Manager.
- Commitment to maintaining programming conventions and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
