Tech Lead Manager Java, ReactJS, React Native

We are looking for a talented Tech Lead Manager, who can:

• Design and develop products based on requirements from Product Owner. Ensure good performance and user experience of products
• Operate and manage development team
• Research and improve technology stacks.
  

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full stack Developer and python AI/data expert or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in developing web and mobile applications
• Excellent hands-on experience on fixing code and logic of Java, ReactJS, React Native and/or Python in order to manage technical issues of all Backend, Frontend, Mobile teams (not including people management)
• Understand business insight in order to co-work with AI and Data teams
• Familiarity with common stacks
  • Solid in cloud-native technology (container, Kubernetes, serverless) and DevOps culture
  • Strong knowledge of Queue system (Kafka) and in-memory cache (Redis)
• Experienced in both on-premises and cloud deployment.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, PostgresDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Overseeing daily technical operations issues to resolve via JIRA and internal MS TEAM, SKYPE news
• Assisting in training new employees and reviewing the high-performing team
• Coordinating with the software development team to address technical debt
• Analyzing project briefs, requirements and deliverables
• Developing and assigning work schedules/tasks via JIRA (PMO)
• Reviewing ongoing operations and rectifying any issues
• Coordinating with the Enterprise architect team (Solution Architect)
• Checking and updating systems and software on a regular basis (Confluence)
• Conducting periodic security checks/audits (IS team)
• Using good quality code to avoid monetary damage (version control) - Gitlab
• Understanding project requirements and developing detailed structure - JIRA
• Implementing best practices and coding standards (Confluence).

General Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or any related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, or similar role
• Having Finance/Banking/Trading domain knowledge.
• Having relevant Certifications of Java, React, Python...
• Strong English communication skills, candidates with English certificates are preferrable
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
